Twice Exceptional: Teaching Strategies for Gifted Students with Disabilities November 19, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Miami Killian Senior High School, 10655 SW 97 Ave., Miami, FL 33176 This interactive professional learning event is to foster awareness to educators of Twice-Exceptional (2e), students who are gifted and also have a disability. Participants will learn how to identify 2e learners, understand the barriers they face, and explore strategies that support both their strengths and challenges. Through case studies, collaborative discussions, and hands-on planning activities, participants will gain practical tools to better serve 2e learners.
