Universal Design for Learning January 12, 2027, from 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Miami Killian Senior High School, 10655 SW 97 Ave., Miami, FL 33176 This professional learning event builds educator capacity to design accessible instruction that proactively addresses learner variability through the Universal Design for Learning (UDL) framework while intentionally integrating Specially Designed Instruction (SDI) and accessibility supports for students with disabilities. Participants experience UDL as both a design framework and a learning stance through reflection, application, and design tasks that culminate in an Expert Learner Design Plan ready for immediate classroom implementation.
